The company Krahwinkel-KPM exists now for over 30 years.It began with the construction of our own 40 ft sailing yacht.That was the basic for a mobile yacht service, witch was grounded in 1988 at Lahnstein-Friedrichssegen, in the neighbourhood of Koblenz on the Rhine.In 1989, we grounded our own charter fleet. Some of the boats (38 ft steel) have been constructed in our own workshop.
Already soon, we worked ecological oriented. In 1994, we started to bring out the first marine engine series witch work with vegetable oil and we tested them under hard conditions in our charter fleet. It was the reason why we were decorated with an innovation price of a famous german marine newspaper called Palstek.
We produce the hole needed electricity by ourself with a 35 kw solar system and a 5.5 kw block heating system powered by a Lombardini engine working with vegetable oil.
We provide surely the biggest sortiment of boat propulsion parts in Germany. Further, we are general dealer of Python Drive for Germany since 1996.
Our special strength is the extensive advisory activities, which grew out over two decades of customer service.
